ONCE THIS WEB SITE IS ON-LINE, THIS INFORMATION MUST BE MAINTAINED ON A MONLY BASIS
OR THE SITE WILL BE REMOVED!!!!!
1. A PDF or Word Document of "the cover of the monthly notice", usually contains the Chapter information
such as: location, meeting night and organization [Officers and Past GHP]
Provided "initially" to create the Web Site and then sent only when there are changes, ie after the annual meeting.
2. A SECOND or SEPARTATE PDF or Word Document of "the inside or actual monthly notice". To be sent every month before the date of the meeting.
THE "PROVIDER of the INFOMATION" is CONSIDERED the "Deputy Webmaster" and RESPONSIBLE for the "CORRECTNESS" of ALL INFORMATION posted on the Chapter's Home Page.
He also resposible to inform "The Grand Chapter Webmaster" if and when he is replaced.
